Our fearless journalist Nadja Habermann took a closer look at the weight loss method, examined the advantages and disadvantages and found out how you can make the keto diet even more effective.

I wanted to kill two birds with one stone - lose weight before summer and write a great article. So what is this keto diet anyway?
It's a low-carbohydrate diet that consists primarily of fats and moderate amounts of protein. In other words, you don't have to go without most of your favorite dishes! No candy, no cake, or potatoes. Fast food is your number one enemy. And yet, you can eat a lot of meat, which is likely to suck your neck on day 3 of your diet.
Carbohydrates are your body's energy. When your body gets too little of it, it starts burning its own fat to get energy back. This is called ketosis. Protein tissue, which maintains the muscles, remains intact. What was my experience?
I stopped eating sweets and rolls.
My diet included meat, cheese, cottage cheese, some vegetables, and eggs. That sounds pretty good at first, but I saw the aftereffects of the low carbohydrate intake in just 3 days.
Waking up in the morning was difficult. I had no energy at all. Even thinking was hard for me.
I lost 4 kg which was a good result. But then I got problems with my kidneys. They couldn't process this large amount of protein that I was consuming instead of carbohydrates. I got really scared and broke off.
I actually wanted the article to be ready by the following month, but my experiment had failed. To deal with the situation better, I called a friend who is a nutritionist. She told me about a product that prevents carbohydrates from dropping out of my diet.

I can definitely say that my experiment was a success. I lost weight and had to get a new wardrobe. Now I wear figure-hugging dresses, trousers and miniskirts, because with my new figure I can do that. And I'll lose even more weight before summer comes.
I can only recommend Keto Guru to all those who plan to lose weight with the help of a keto diet The effect is stronger and your body is healthier. However, you shouldn't overdo it, because it can cause your body to start only breaking down fat and thereby causing anorexia. Good luck and I wish you all a tall and slim body!

I only managed to stick to the keto diet for 2 days. It's really hard to live without carbohydrates. And doing sports is out of the question. This diet is not for me.

Keto Guru is really great. I lost 10 kg with it in 2 weeks! I haven't given up anything. I only held back a little with the cake. I have been able to maintain my new weight until now.

I've heard a lot about this diet, but never tried it. I know a lot of Hollywood celebrities lose weight this way. Kardashian and other people. You have probably taken Keto Guru too .

I took Keto Guru to get my old weight back after giving birth. At first I only tried the keto diet, but it didn't work. I was terribly exhausted and could no longer properly look after my baby. When I was keto guru I tried it out, I had more energy again. I stopped eating sweets, but I got used to it quickly. I lost 13kg so you should try it too.
